AMRAP Skill Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 10 Box Jumps
- 100m Sprint


Equipment:
- Slam Ball (20/15 lbs)
- Box (24/20 inches)


Skill Focus:
- Focus on efficient and powerful slam ball technique to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Practice maintaining a strong kip swing on the toes-to-bar to minimize fatigue in the grip and core.
- Work on fast and explosive box jumps to keep the heart rate elevated.


Notes:
- Scale the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain good form and intensity.
- Modify the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Adjust the height of the box jump to a height that challenges you but allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
