Skillful Slam Tabata // Saturday - 2025.02.22
Tabata Skill Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements
Movements:
1. Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
2. Slam Ball Squat Clean
Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work for each movement
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round
- Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds each
- Focus on technique and explosiveness during the Squat Clean
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined
