Tabata Skill Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Medicine Ball Slams

Skill Focus:
- Focus on explosive power and full body engagement during each slam.


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of medicine ball slams in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.
- Focus on generating power from your legs and core, engaging your entire body for each slam.
- Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
