  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort SkiErg sprints
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- SkiErg


Instructions:
- Set up the SkiErg for Tabata intervals.
- Push yourself to sprint at maximum effort during the work intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Focus on proper technique and power output throughout the workout.
- Warm up properly before starting the Tabata workout.
