AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 250m SkiErg Sprint
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Skill Emphasis: Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the SkiErg while keeping good form on the Toes-to-Bar and explosive jumps on the Box Jumps.


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the SkiErg sprint, Toes-to-Bar, and Box Jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
