Tabata Skill SkiErg

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • SkiErg
  • Double-unders

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg followed by 10 seconds of rest, then immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort double-unders followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds on each movement). Focus on maintaining intensity and skill throughout the workout.

- Jump rope


Notes:
This workout combines the cardio challenge of the SkiErg with the skill component of double-unders. Make sure to scale the double-unders as needed to maintain good form throughout the Tabata.
