- This workout will test your endurance on the SkiErg while incorporating skill movements such as handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups as necessary.
- Choose a weight for the dumbbell snatches that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the movement.
