  • 5 Squat Snatches

Skill Focus: Handstand Push-ups and Squat Snatches


Notes: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups if needed. Scale squat snatch weight as necessary to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push the pace on the assault bike to maximize rounds completed.
