Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Double-unders
- 10 seconds of rest


Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each round.
