AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Double Unders

Notes: Scale rope climbs to lying to standing rope pull-ups if needed. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups if necessary. Double unders can be scaled to single unders. Focus on efficient movement patterns and technique throughout the workout.
