Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 rope climbs, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 box jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to properly secure the rope for climbing and choose a challenging height for the box jumps. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maximize your rounds completed within the time cap.
