AMRAP Skill Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Rope
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 rope climbs, 15 kettlebell swings, and 25 double unders. Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups or rope plank climbs as needed. Aim to move efficiently through each movement and push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
