AMRAP Skill Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 30 Double-unders
  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Jump rope, pull-up bar, wall for handstand push-ups


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 30 double-unders, 15 toes-to-bar, and 10 handstand push-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and skill work.
