Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs


Skill Focus: Focus on efficient movement patterns during the Wall Balls and Toes-to-Bar to maximize reps and minimize fatigue.


Notes: The goal of this workout is to work on skill development while maintaining a high intensity throughout the AMRAP. Scale the weight of the medicine ball as needed to maintain proper form.
