  • Alternating Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats

Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the entire Tabata workout.


Equipment: 1 Kettlebell


Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Rest 1 minute between movements.


Score: Total number of reps completed for each movement combined.


Notes: Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to maintain good form. Keep a steady pace throughout each 20-second work interval and focus on explosiveness in the snatches and depth in the squats.
