EMOM Skill Kettlebell

EMOM for 10 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Minute 2: 8 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.


Skill Focus: Focus on proper technique and efficiency in each movement. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain quality of movement.


Note: This workout is designed to improve kettlebell skills and build strength and endurance in the upper body and core.
