EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Minute 2: 10 Goblet Squats
- Minute 3: 10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
- Minute 4: 10 Kettlebell Lunges


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform all movements with proper form throughout the workout.
