EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Minute 2: 8 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Minute 3: 6 Kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups (3 each arm)
- Minute 4: Rest


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Focus: Concentrate on technique and form for each movement, especially the Turkish Get-Ups. Rest as needed to ensure proper execution.
