  • Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Minute 2: 8 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Minute 3: 6 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (3 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg / Women: 16kg


Notes: Focus on technique and form throughout the workout, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Keep a steady pace and try to complete all reps within each minute.
