- Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 15 Double Unders
- Minute 4: Rest

- Rig for Bar Muscle-ups
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
- Jump Rope for Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete the designated reps of each skill within the minute, resting the remainder of the minute. Focus on technique and efficiency to maintain consistency throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
