EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 12 Dumbbell Snatches (6 each arm)
- Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (5 each leg)


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on technique and efficiency on the dumbbell movements.
Note: Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps before starting the next set.
