  • Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Box Step-ups

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Box Height: Standard box height for step-ups.
Skill Focus: Focus on technique and efficiency with the dumbbell snatches and step-ups.
