Tabata:
- Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- Dumbbell Renegade Rows


Score: Total reps completed across all movements


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for continuous movement throughout the Tabata intervals


Instructions: Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between each movement for a total of 32 rounds. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Each Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to calculate your final score.
