Chipper Skill Dumbbell

For Time:


  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (24/20")
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups

Dumbbell: Use a single dumbbell for snatches and box step-ups, alternating arms as needed.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Focus on efficient movement patterns for each skill. Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
