Tabata Skill Box

Tabata Workout:


  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds of Rest

Skill Focus: Focus on explosiveness and efficiency in your box jumps. Make sure to fully extend your hips at the top of each jump and land softly on the box.


Instructions: Perform as many box jumps as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Try to maintain a consistent pace throughout the workout.


Box Height: Choose a box height that is challenging but allows you to maintain proper form.
