Tabata Skill Box

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Box Jumps
    2. Double Unders
    3. Handstand Push-ups
    4. Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next.
- Score is total reps accumulated across all rounds.
- Adjust movement variations as needed for skill level.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
