Tabata Skill Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternate between:
    • Max effort box jumps
    • Max effort double-unders

Equipment:
- Box
- Jump rope


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of box jumps during the 20-second work interval, then switch to double-unders for the next 20-second interval. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and coordination during this Tabata workout.
