AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups

Skill Focus: Focus on efficient and controlled box jumps, proper hip extension on kettlebell swings, and maintaining a strong midline during handstand push-ups.


Note: Scale the height of the box jumps and modify the handstand push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
