Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment:
- Box


Skill Focus: Focus on explosiveness and efficiency in your box jumps. Make sure to fully extend your hips at the top of the jump and land softly on top of the box.


Instructions: In this Tabata workout, you will perform 20 seconds of box jumps followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to jump as high as you can each round while maintaining proper form. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure you can continue to perform explosive jumps throughout the workout.
