- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Box Jumps
- 10 seconds of rest
Skill Focus: Focus on explosiveness and efficiency in your box jump technique.
Instructions: Perform as many box jumps as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to fully extend your hips at the top of each jump and land softly on the box. Adjust the height of the box as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form.
