EMOM Skill Bench

EMOM for 12 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press @ 70% 1RM
- Even Minutes: 10 Hand Release Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 5 Bench Press reps at 70% of your 1 Rep Max on the odd minutes, then complete 10 Hand Release Push-ups on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. This workout focuses on strength and skill in the Bench Press movement. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
