  • Minute 1: 10 Bench Press
  • Minute 2: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Minute 3: 10 Bench Rows
  • Minute 4: Rest

Equipment:
- Bench
- Pull-up bar


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete all reps unbroken.
- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed.
- Focus on quality movement and skill work during each minute.
