EMOM Skill Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- The goal is to focus on the skill of the Bench Press and Toes-to-Bar under fatigue.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete the 5 reps unbroken for the entire workout.
- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed.
- Rest remaining time in each minute before starting the next movement.
- Score is the total number of completed rounds.
