  • Minute 1: 5 Bench Press
  • Minute 2: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Minute 3: 15 Box Jumps
  • Minute 4: Rest

- Bench
- Box


Notes:
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for unbroken sets throughout.
- Focus on quality movement for the Toes-to-Bar and explosive jumps for the Box Jumps.
- Scale reps or movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
