Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternate between:
    • SkiErg Sprints (max effort)
    • Front Squats (moderate weight)

Equipment:
- SkiErg
- Barbell for Front Squats


Instructions:
Perform max effort sprints on the SkiErg for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Immediately transition to front squats with a moderate weight for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the weight on the front squats to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
