    • 20 seconds of SkiErg for max calories
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg followed by 10 seconds of rest. The goal is to accumulate as many calories as possible during the 20 seconds of work. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity. This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
