SkiErg Smackdown // Saturday - 2025.02.22

Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between SkiErg and Weightlifting
- SkiErg: Max effort for 20 seconds
- Weightlifting: Max reps for 20 seconds (choose a weight that allows for good form)


Instructions:
- Start with 4 rounds on the SkiErg, then switch to Weightlifting for 4 rounds
- Choose a challenging weight for the weightlifting portion, aiming for maximum reps with good form
- Score is total meters on the SkiErg and total reps on the Weightlifting movements


Movements:
- SkiErg
- Choose 1 Weightlifting Movement (ex. Clean and Jerks, Thrusters, Deadlifts)


Notes:
- Push yourself during each 20-second interval, and focus on maintaining good form during the weightlifting portion
- Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to keep the intensity high throughout the workout
- Have fun and challenge yourself!
