Tabata Weightlifting SkiErgTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
- SkiErg Calories
- Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
- Alternate between SkiErg and Deadlifts for each Tabata interval.
- The goal is to push hard during the 20 seconds of work, and recover during the 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated throughout all 8 rounds.
- Scale weight as needed to maintain good form.
