Tabata Weightlifting SkiErgTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following:
- SkiErg for max calories
- Weightlifting (choose one movement such as clean & jerk, snatch, or overhead squats)
Instructions:
- Alternate between the SkiErg and the chosen weightlifting movement for each Tabata round.
- Score is total calories accumulated on the SkiErg and total reps completed in the weightlifting movement.
- Rest 1 minute between Tabata rounds.
- Push hard during each 20-second work interval and try to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
