Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • 1. SkiErg
  • 2. Weightlifting (choose one: Clean & Jerk or Snatch)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the SkiErg and Weightlifting movement for each Tabata round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed in each movement.
- Choose a weight for the weightlifting movement that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Rest 1 minute between Tabata rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
