    1. SkiErg Calories
    2. Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets


Score: Total reps completed in each movement


Notes: Alternate between SkiErg Calories and Dumbbell Thrusters for each Tabata round. Push the pace on the SkiErg and aim for consistent reps on the Thrusters.
