Tabata Cardio SkiErg

Tabata Cardio Blast:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the SkiErg
  • Rest 1 minute after each 8 round set
  • Repeat for a total of 3 sets

Instructions:
- Set the SkiErg damper to a challenging but sustainable level for the entire workout
- Push hard during the 20-second work intervals, aiming for max effort each round
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout
