  • 50 Push-ups
  • 800 Meter SkiErg
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 600 Meter SkiErg
  • 30 Burpees

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the SkiErg distance before moving on to the bodyweight movements. Push yourself to maintain a fast pace on the SkiErg while still being able to perform the other movements efficiently. Stay consistent throughout the workout to achieve a good time.
