Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest:
    • SkiErg Sprints

Instructions:
- Set the SkiErg to the desired resistance level.
- Sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.


Score: Total meters covered in the 8 rounds.
