Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the SkiErg to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.
- Score is the total meters rowed across all 8 rounds.
- Rest 1-2 minutes between each Tabata cycle.
- Repeat for a total of 3-5 cycles, depending on fitness level.
- Cool down and stretch after completing all cycles.
