AMRAP Cardio SkiErg

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 meter SkiErg
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Adjust the difficulty of the handstand push-ups as needed (pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press).
- Keep a steady pace on the SkiErg to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
