Tabata Cardio SkiErg

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the SkiErg
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Repeat for a total of 4 rounds

Instructions:
- Set the SkiErg to a challenging resistance level
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second work interval
- Focus on driving with your legs and engaging your core
- Rest during the 10-second intervals to recover and prepare for the next round

- This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and full-body strength
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting the Tabata intervals
- Scale the resistance on the SkiErg as needed to maintain proper form and intensity
