Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternate between SkiErg sprints and weightlifting movements
  • SkiErg Sprints (20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg)
  • Weightlifting Movements (choose from movements like power cleans, snatches, thrusters, etc.)
  • Complete a total of 4 rounds on the SkiErg and 4 rounds of weightlifting

Instructions:
- Set up your SkiErg and barbell with appropriate weight before starting the workout
- Push yourself to sprint at maximum effort during the 20-second intervals on the SkiErg
- Choose weightlifting movements that challenge you but allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout
