Tabata Cardio SkiErgTabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on SkiErg
- 10 seconds of rest
Instructions:
- Set up the SkiErg machine for each athlete.
- Perform max effort sprints on the SkiErg for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals and recover as best as you can during the rest periods.
- Record total distance covered during the workout for tracking progress.
