- Alternate between SkiErg sprints and barbell thrusters
- SkiErg: Max effort sprints for 20 seconds
- Barbell Thrusters: Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds
- Rest 10 seconds between each movement

Score: Total reps completed (ski + thrusters)
