  • Alternate between SkiErg sprints and barbell thrusters
  • SkiErg: Max effort sprints for 20 seconds
  • Barbell Thrusters: Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds between each movement

Score: Total reps completed (ski + thrusters)
